Essentially, I think it would be neat if we could have each beatmap pack medal split into a number of tiers (similar to the rank or combo medals). Each tier would correlate with a certain level of completion for that beatmap pack.
The way I envision this working is as follows:
Submitting any score in each set of the pack rewards you with a silver medal.
Submitting a pass in each set of the pack rewards you with a gold medal.
Submitting an S rank in each set of the pack rewards you with a diamond medal.
This adds more progression to the medal scene and rewards players for improvement in a unique and interesting way. I think it will also draw more attention to beatmap packs in general, which I believe is a good thing since they are generally an interesting yet overlooked aspect of the game.
However, there are also two issues I can foresee when implementing this feature.
First and foremost, it would eat up far too much space on user profiles, due to how large and unorganized the medal page is. Before this can be implemented, we would need the medal organization to be overhauled (I am aware that this is in progress, and am looking forward to it).
The second 'issue' is that this would create several medals that would be extremely challenging to achieve, to the point where they would be held by 0% of the player population if implemented. An example of this would be a diamond medal for the camellia II challenge pack, since there are very few players capable of S ranking both rrtyui's atmosphere and probox's feelin sky. Whether or not this is an actual issue is debatable, as there are already very challenging medals in circulation like unfathomable and skylord.

instead of showing all tiers for each medal, you could show only the highest tier that you've earned, that way there's practically no additional clutter from this change
