Add profile badge for major community translators

Something similar to the below one, but perhaps withe the flag of the language they have contributed to.

Perhaps people could link their Crowdin profile to their osu! profiles and once they reach a big enough milestone (2500 translated words all time, seems to be good enough cutoff looking trough most languages or 500 strings all time), they just get it?
