Remove suggestion limit for beatmap reviews

There seems to be a limit to the number of suggestions/paragraphs a beatmap review can contain which I think is unnecessary because for longer mods it forces you to split it up into multiple reviews which is rather annoying and results in the parts having the wrong order when sorted by "last update".

I see no reason as to why there needs to be a limit, removing it would make the review feature easier/more comfortable to use.
