Prior clicking ALT+TAB osu! window doesn't open

That also happens when i click the window from the task bar, Sometimes it works, but most of the time it doesn't.
It's been really annoying and i hate to even bother opening osu! because of it, since it doesn't happen with any other program or game.

Settings; Full screen Res: 1366*768
No programs opened on windows that might effects the game. Ex: Internet download manager, Keyboard driver, MSI boost, etc.

This is an osu!stable issue. This is the repository for osu!lazer. I think this is a duplicate of ppy/osu-stable-issues#323.
