From the video, I can see that you're dragging the osu! logo, probably because you've been dragging it since the carousel or during the loading transition. This is a known problem, even just by hovering over it, see:

• Hovering over the "osu!" logo delays beatmap loading. #26803

@Gabixel Oh yeah, you are right, but is it going to be fixed or is that an intended behavior?

A fix is pending to remove the behaviour only for the hover case for now. Not sure if there will be any changes for the logo press/hold scenario
