Hovering over the "osu!" logo delays beatmap loading.

Bug description

When loading beatmaps, hovering over the "osu!" logo in the middle of the screen delays the beatmap loading. This delay appears to be the same one as if you were changing the settings on the right of the screen.

This is annoying as the logo is placed in the natural hand resting position, meaning this frequently occurs when retrying a beatmap. Personally as a tablet player, I encounter this annoyance almost every retry.
