Fixes #66

This adds the original frame name to the messages from the force torque sensors.
In contrast to @goretkin's proposal I used the original frame names for compatibility.

It is plain ridiculous this was never fixed upstream with people complaining for years...

We just went through all our local repos on the robot and noticed that this was never merged.
