  Source: Posted onto r/OsuSkins but has been deleted. It's based on some old Shige skin, potentially sourced from shigetora.cloud. A really similar skin can also be found on CirclePeople's skin database, which is listed as "Cookiezi 22.x 2017-08-10".

Source: Even after hours of research, I'm not entirely sure. The end product was uploaded to Circle People's Skin Page, it's most likely an edit of ReesesPuffs's skin, some elements are from an old Yaong skin though.
