GBM Flask Application for job recomendation

• The main purpose is to traing the ml model to recommend job department given job description.
• It uses a simple flask api.
• The project uses a fairly small data set for training here.
• It uses GBM for machine learning of input vectors.
• Install wiki2vec 100 dimensional vectorizer model
• Install the requirements.
• Then start running the flask scaffolding app.
