Cannot edit anything, on cpanel server

Thanks for the software, every thing is working fine on my local host but on cpanel, i dont seem to edit any form, no error displays on log or even in developer mode, it just navigates back to same screen, whats seems to be the issue?

Enable errors in cPanel to see the server side errors.
What is your PHP version
