Ability to hide the button UI from Page #121

Now since we've browser action and context menu entries. There should be an option to hide the STT button from the page.

The options UI has been updated to show a global choice to show/hide the button from the page.
Also hidden the toolbar action selector options.
Updated the core logic to not render the UI button on the page if user has selected not to show the icon.
