Ruby master branch recently bumped the version number to 3.0: ruby/ruby@21c62fb

This is breaking our ruby-head CI.


          Update ruby_version requirement to allow ruby 3.0

Thank you for your contribution.

I needed to experiment a bit and run CI a couple of times so I ended up to not use your PR even though the code is essentially the same.

The latest Prawn release supports Ruby 3.
