Add these stubs in beforeEach. And use stub.returns method in each test case.
This will prevent error sinon stub already wrapped if any test case fails and reduce lines of code too.

Wait.... I'm a little confused.
The only place isValidVideoBid is called from is the auction.
This PR imports the auctionManager because it needs a list of the bidRequests.
...but doesn't auction.getBidRequests provide a list of bids too?
Isn't it cleaner (less globals) and safer (since auctionManager might pick up unrelated BidRequests from other auctions) to add a bidRequests argument to isValidVideoBid, and make the auction pass them in as an argument? Easier to test, too, since you don't have to stub out the globals.
