Forbid solver-steered exit when preCICE is active, close #24 #25

The max time is basically ignored when preCICE is active. I think this is the best compromise for now. Fixes #24

Seems to be the best we can do at the moment. Occasionally, there still pop up memory corruptions at the end of a run. In particular if the solver time step-size is larger than the precice time-step size. But I guess this refers just to one of the other issues.
