What's wrong

Colorado has irrigation rights for certain weeks of the year. They need to visualize when they're allowed to irrigate and planting date windows at the same time.

What done looks like

The side bar allows the user to include irrigation dates, and calendar view shows an overlay of those dates (similar to cash crop dates)
