Rationale

Using azure tables is slow to query, hard to shepherd, and creates inconsistent data quality.

Description

The Ag Image Repo app will be migrated away from azure tables to PostgreSQL + Node.js. This will require updates to FE + BE.
The sequence of events depends on #8 and #9

Issues

Acceptance criteria

Data upload is tested using the new FE + BE and errors are properly handled + displayed to the user
