Code block inside parenthesis mis-matches closing parenthesis

When putting an inline code block inside parentheses, the first closing parenthesis in the code block is highlighted as the closing parenthesis, and syntax highlighting is broken for the rest of the file. Similar to #57.

E.g. With something like:

Lorem (ipsum `dolor(sit)` amet)

The closing ) after sit is highlighted, and rest of the file's syntax highlighting is broken.
