Inconsistent text size in chapters in webbook format

Description

A user has reported an issue with the display of text in their chapter in the webbook format. Different paragraphs will appear to be in different font sizes despite their being no markup in the chapter to cause it. The user has tried switching themes, and the issue persists. The unexpected text size change only seems to affect mobile devices.

Browser: Chrome
Device: Android mobile

Unable to reproduce so far using Chrome on a MacBook or Chrome on an Android mobile in testing.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a chapter with several sections divided by headings
2. Go to Appearance > Themes and activate the Andreesen theme
3. Save changes and view content in Chrome on a mobile device

Expected behavior: Body font size is consistent across the entire book in all formats in all themes unless specified

Actual behavior: Text size appears to change from section to section with a chapter
