[columns] default padding of 10px not reflected as default values

Nimble Builder applies by default a 10px padding left and right to columns

But this padding is not reflected in the default column settings. Which makes it difficult for example to understand why module content won't occupy the full width of a section. The solution for the moment, is to set the column's padding left and right to 0 manually

1. click on the column menu ( green )
2. open the padding and margin settings
3. write 0 in left and right padding
