if you upload a png file as logo in Preferences > Themes, we generate a JPG file
make it possible to upload a .png and save as a .png

This issues is related to this bur report http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/PSCFV-5937

Actually upload the logo defines an PNG. Only, you need to enable the appropriate configuration in the preferences of images.

Only the image extension is jpg, whatever happens (whether or not a PNG).
