don't propogate my build system.
…, but only caused bugs. Fixes prestja#5 Tested, appears to work. Recommending merging.

This really messy branch is actually not as bad as it looks, I did most of this while learning git for the first time. Future pull requests will be cleaner.
The good news is I have tested this with several testers, and it does fix Atmospheric Temp issues by a series of reverts to code that I don't completely understand beyond "this one works, that one doesn't."
Feel free to review. It does fix Issue #3 however.
