During testing, color green was off by 1 digit -- rounding error? #14

During a recent test, a green color was added to the palette. Then mouse over the green. Then look at the current color value. Now screenshot everything and bring it over to Gimp or Photoshop and inspect the colors and compare the RGB value iunder Current Color. It is off by 1 digit. Rounding error?
