Template used for agenda changes not on the web interface

## Expected Behavior

Possibility to modify the template used for notifying the speakers of their scheduled talk time.

## Current Behavior

The template for `Update Mail` isn't the one used when releasing a new schedule.

## Steps to Reproduce

1. Release a schedule
2. Look at the mails sent to the speaker
