Description
Currently, release script outputs an URL to create release on GitHub. Like
https://github.com/prettier/prettier/releases/new?tag=2.4.0. This is very useful.However we can add more info to the URL as query parameters. (ref: https://docs.github.com/en/repositories/releasing-projects-on-github/automation-for-release-forms-with-query-parameters)
