Okay, after a couple times of research, here is what I found:

• flickering in bubble packages is a common problem
• after merging Only render lines that have changed charmbracelet/bubbletea#95) the problem was drastically reduced
• there is something called Model.HighPerformanceRendering but it requires a viewport to be on all screen mode
• but more and more terminal emulators are becoming faster as described here Support for Synchronized Output (Mode 2026) charmbracelet/bubbletea#850 the problem strikes back
• some implementation of synchronized output is under development so we have to wait: Support for Synchronized Output (Mode 2026) charmbracelet/bubbletea#850 (comment)
