Mac version should use Cmd-* for shortcuts

1. Try to copy, paste, cut, undo, etc with the system-wide default of
   Cmd-c, Cmd-v, or such.

Should cut or paste, instead does nothing.

This is on version 1.0

Ideally detect a mac client and change keyboard shortcuts appropriately.

all instances of modifiers="control ..." should be replaced with modifiers="accel ...".
