Fix #11918: Datatable auto fit column like Excel

ALT+W on a column cell with trigger the auto-width
Double clicking the column resizer itself (similar to excel) will trigger auto-width

Now when you are in a column and press ALT+W it resizes the column to fit the largest element or double click the column resizer.
