In Safari (tested with version 8.0.5) on OS X, the example on the Tooltips page is broken. In Chrome, everything is fine.

That's because Autoprefixer isn't run for the CSS in the docs and Safari still needs the vendor prefix for transforms.

Yep, I saw that too. In the live version of Primer, Autoprefixer fixes this issue — all you need is a -webkit-transform.
