Menu on GitHub disappears into top of screen on mobile

Firstly, this is an issue with the GitHub interface. Please indicate if I should post this elsewhere.

Describe the bug
When opening the ... menu on the top right of GitHub on my mobile, the menu expands upwards and disappears into the top of the screen.

To Reproduce

1. Go to any user page
2. Click on the menu on the top right

See the menu expands above into the top of the screen, leaving the user unable to select the options above.

Expected behavior

The menu should expand downwards when there is not enough space above it.

Is this still happening for you? Are you able to reproduce this on another browser? (I was not able to reproduce this on my device across Firefox and Safari)

@siddharthkp thanks for asking - that menu is back to normal, it now opens downwards, but I've since noticed the hamburger menu which comes in from the left is clipping through the top of the screen.

I think this is an issue where the site is miscalculating the screen height and clipping the menu through the top.

I'm able to reproduce this with Chrome, version 120.0.6099.115 on Android 13.
