This PR proposes extending the https://github.com/stylelint/stylelint-config-standard config, and removing any defaults we had that were also in the stylelint-config-standard rules.
I think this is a good change because it gives us a more solid base to work from and includes rules we didn't have set like
indention: 2for indention space preferences.
