Rich panel when SWE-agents produces a patch

Describe the feature

when a patch is successfully produced, we should output a rich panel that says the following:

SWE-agent has produced a patch that it believes will solve the issue you submitted!
The patch file is on your local computer at:  {patch_output_file}
To apply it to your repository, use the command: git --bla bla bla ....

I guess if the user uses the --apply-pr flag we should tell them that the PR was automatically applied (instead of that current last line there starting with "To apply it...."
