Plugin version for DSF/DWC/RRF 3.5.0-rc

Note that as of September 7th, 2023 there is an issue with the Duet Web Server updating the endpoints registered by this plugin that will make the frontend unusable unless following these steps:

1. Install and start the plugin
2. SSH into the SBC
3. enter the command: sudo systemctl restart duetwebserver

This will restart the webserver and register the endpoints correctly. This must be done every time the SBC is started up. This should be fixed in the next release.
