As discussed in #84, it would be good to have a function that would check if a problem object is feasible or not. If the object is not feasible, then it would be good to have this function return information about which constraints are not feasible.

The presolve_check() function provides this functionality (see https://prioritizr.net/reference/presolve_check.html).
