When uninstalled, I see 3.7.0 in the marketplace and can install it.
When I do, I again have 2.18.1 installed.

Updating VSCode fixed the problem, new extension version was installed afterwards.

What does "is not working" mean? Are you getting an error message?

No, I wasn't getting any errors. Downgrading Prisma extension to 3.8.0 fixed the problem.
