To summarize, we want expose a tool that does DMMF -> index.d.ts string for the PDP (avoiding generate through the CLI). Not a public / documented API.

If acceptable something that doesn't require any or @ts-expect-error. I think an undocumented sub-module like e.g. import ... from @prisma/client/_/utils would be ok.
