IBM Capstone Project :- Property price prediction with minimal data.

--This is a model made for prediction of Property with help of UCI Machine Learning Repository Datasets.

--This model predicts price of any property from its specific attributes

This is aproperty price production for Boston, Massachusetts by using data as small as 550 total rows from which only 80% were used for the training.

The final model predicts an estimate prize of real estate according to any custom input.
