The "plain post" posting application should not be tied to the rails content server. This task requires stripping out the Javascript and CSS from the asset pipeline, and removing the templating assumption from the post controllers.

This is completed on the deprecation-cleaning branch. I will merge in that branch as soon as we publish the new priv.ly site.
