Tracking Issue: Extend stack unwind of exception frames to additional architectures.

To ensure parity of capability, the work done in #1665 to unwind exception frames for ARMv6-M and ARMv7-M should be extended to the following architectures:

• ARMv7-A
• Armv8-M (was added in Add vector catch & SecurityException handling for armv8m #1756, although it still needs tests similar to Arm[6-7]-M architectures.
• Armv8-A
• RISC-V
