LibreWolf & Kdenlive AppImage icons

I've encountered some issues with these programs.

• LibreWolf: Works very well and icon appears normally, however every time I launch the application I receive a notification saying 'Invalid desktop file' with exit status 1. This is always reproducible, i.e. deleted the desktop file and ran appimaged to re-add it - same message received upon running.
• Kdenlive: Icon does not show up at all. It doesn't seem like it's detected by appimaged at all, as I had to right-click it to make it executable.

• The desktop file inside the LibreWolf AppImage seems to fail desktop-file-validate. Please report it to the author
• Kdenlive: Is this reproducible?

• @Kdenlive: This is always reproducible. Downloaded straight into ~/Applications, then moved it to ~/Downloads to see if it's detected in a different folder, but not detected at all. However, I have found the issue: Kdenlive file is downloaded as kdenlive-20.12.3a-x86_64.appimage. I renamed it to kdenlive-20.12.3a-x86_64.AppImage and it was instantly detected and works properly.

It appears the problem is that appimaged does not detect the lowercase format, .appimage. It should probably detect both .AppImage and .appimage files.
