set the font weight of the nav display with id promo to bold so that it can increase visiblilty to users

Hi, as noted in https://github.com/processing/p5.js-website/issues/1452, we are currently pausing any web design related issue for the website and will not be reviewing them at this point to focus our attention on the new website design. I will be closing this for now and we can revisit once we have the new website ready if still relevant. Thanks. |

The new website will take a couple months, in the meantime you can have a look at the open issues in the p5.js repo. |
