added a new module and function for writing ChimeraX bild files to show modes with arrows there. Usage:

writeBILD("prody/tests/datafiles/bild3hsy_anm1.bild", anm[0], atoms)

I've also added an output bild file and the corresponding nmd file to illustrate what it does
