plugin support rabbitmq-delayed-message-exchange

I need to use plugin rabbitmq-delayed-message-exchange
can you tell me if fs2-rabbit is compatible and how I can use this plugin

I looked at the code and I believe the change is not very complicated.
could add a new exchangeType, change trait ExchangeType to abstract class

change the DeclarationExchangeConfig

change the declareExchange functions

and set config.exchangeType.exchangeType instead of config.exchangeType.toString.toLowerCase

What do you think?
