Tofu showing up in PDF

Tofu(no font) is showing up everywhere in Japanese PDF. It's probably Atlas handling CJK poorly since:

1. the Chinese PDF has the same issue.
2. it shows up at areas that seem auto-generated, such as ToC, title, and image caption.
3. body text is rendered properly.

You can tell that only alphabet is properly rendered.

Titles for both chapters and sections are affected.

Tofus are squashed and they look like a line in black.

This has been fixed with the latest build https://progit.org/translations/lang/ja, probably thanks to the efforts by Atlas team cc: @sandersk 🎉
