I needed to download the issue attachments along with the issues themselves so I quick made these changes. I'm not sure if this is something that you would want to incorporate in (or is at a quality level to bring in. I just hacked this together and my ruby knowledge is practically nonexistent. Nor have I even read the JIRA API documentation) but if you find it useful here it is :)
And a side note - great tool, thanks for publishing it!
