This is HangoverClock "toxic", the first functional and ready to use version.
How to use:
Press the widget once to update the clock time if its wrong.
If the clock time is correct, clicking the widget will result in it switching to an options screen.
You now can use plus and minus to adjust the overhang.
When you are finished press in the middle once again to exit the options.
Known issues:
- on android 8+ the widget only updates half an hour
- workaround: press the widget once to update the time
