These Terms of Service ("TOS") govern your use of Proj.at's services and subdomains. By using Proj.at services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully.
Proj.at services are intended for use by open-source individual developers. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Proj.at provides free subdomain services to individual developers for their open-source projects. Subdomains are allocated at Proj.at's discretion and are subject to availability.
You agree not to use Proj.at subdomains for the following purposes:

Hate Speech, Violence, and Harassment: Users are strictly prohibited from spreading hate speech, promoting violence, or engaging in any form of harassment.

Intellectual Property Rights: Infringement upon intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademark violations, is not allowed.

Local Laws: Users must comply with local laws and regulations in their jurisdiction and the laws of California, USA.

Domain Registry Restrictions: Posting content that is prohibited by .sbs/.at domain registries is strictly prohibited.

Malware and Viruses: Users may not use Proj.at services to distribute malicious software, viruses, worms, or other malicious code.

Fraud and False Information: The dissemination of false, misleading, or fraudulent information on Proj.at subdomains is not permitted.

Inappropriate Content: Posting obscene, pornographic, insulting, threatening, harassing, or violence-promoting content on Proj.at subdomains is prohibited.

Illegal Activities: Users may not promote, support, or engage in any illegal activities on Proj.at subdomains, including but not limited to illegal gambling and drug trafficking.

Harassment: Harassing, threatening, or infringing upon the privacy of other users is strictly forbidden.

Others: Other forms of illegal or unfriendly content may also be subject to enforcement.
If Proj.at determines that your subdomain is being used for any prohibited activities mentioned in Section 3, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subdomain without prior notice. We may also take actions against your account, including banning your access to our services.

Proj.at services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We are trying our best to make it stable and usable but make no warranties regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of our services.

To the extent permitted by law, Proj.at is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Proj.at may modify these TOS at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
