a small update that only adjusts the behaviour of the wallet when Lynx is closed.

Old behaviour (0.2.3 or earlier):
when lynx is closed the wallet (eccoind) will continue to run unless the user specifically clicks the stop wallet button in the bottom left.

New behaviour (0.2.4):
when lynx is closed the wallet (eccoind) will also shutdown/close unless the user has enabled the "minimise on close" option in the settings.
