We want the test for the endorser parse the reference values.

This is currently blocked by #165 : because we rely on the slsa.ValidatedProvenance in the ProvenanceMetaDataVerifier we cannot verify any field except the binary hash.

Not blocked any more, because #194 allowed to use the ProvenanceMetaDataVerifier on types.ValidatedProvenances.

Now we can verify the other fields too.
