Report data highlights quarterly as part of the Open Data CAP Goal

Criteria: I think this should include all types of new open data: including routine statistical data releases, and data mashups. If it's announced on one of your agency's press channels (blogs, social media) then it should be tagged as a featured dataset.

Timing: I think this should be refreshed quarterly, but obviously the closer this process gets to real time, the better.
