Implemented a comprehensive test suite for all NEWM contracts. The tests are written in Python and use the cardano-cli. Testing with plutus-apps was hard-to-implement / non-existent. This suite should all NEWM to scale tests to any smart contract in the future as well as provide the tests required for the audit.
